At FurnaceFilters, we want to ensure your home's air quality is never compromised, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened filter products. If you ordered the wrong size or are not completely satisfied, we are here to help you find the perfect fit for your HVAC system.

Return Process

  Verify Filter Condition

  Ensure that the filters are in their original, unopened plastic packaging and that the cardboard frames are free from damage or dust.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the filters in a sturdy shipping box to prevent crushing during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
